    2009 IAOP Salary Survey Results
    From August through October 2008, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), in conjunction with the Human Capital Institute (HCI), conducted a series of surveys designed to understand the number and compensation levels for outsourcing professionals working in organizations around the world.

    Outsourcing professionals are those individuals whose primary job responsibilities involve the design, implementation, and management of outsourcing relationships, whether they do this as a customer (buyer), provider (vendor), or advisor (consultant, attorney, analyst, etc.) The participants fairly represent these segments of the industry.
