While the region has done a great deal to provide exceptional BPO services for millions of customers each year, it primarily serves the English-speaking markets of the U.S., U.K. and (in a few cases) Australia. In recent years, however, BPO has become an attractive solution for providers on a global scale and, as a result, the need for a more diverse array of outsourcing services has arisen. Latin America is emerging to meet this need and become the next major BPO force, rivaling that of India. The major difference – the region boasts a multilingual work force that can serve the needs of a wide variety of global markets."
