Led by Bill Hefley – an individual with a strong reputation for achieving business results through innovation, collaboration and a focus on people development – IAOP’s Training & Certification Committee takes the lead in identifying the educational needs of members and overseeing the development and delivery of its training programs.
The Training & Certification Committee works with the Outsourcing Standards Board to ensure that IAOP members are properly prepared for initial and ongoing organizational and professional certification.
