Voice of the Customer: IAOP Corporate Member Panel Tuesday, February 16, 10:00 am-10:45 am
Straight stories from outsourcing’s front lines are shared by a panel of IAOP’s Customer Corporate Members. Hear their experiences: successes, failures and things they’d do differently if they knew then what they know today. Issues discussed include deal structure, governance and implementation in an atmosphere of extreme economic uncertainty. This panel will feature moderator Christopher A. Long, COP, General Manager, LifeMasters and the following confirmed panelists: Oliver T.
