Inaugural webinar held October 29, 2008!
The Engineering Chapter held its inaugural webinar on October 29, 2008 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm (EDT)!
Chapter chair, Pratt & Whitney, provided a presentation entitled “Knowledge and Best Practices of Engineering Sourcing Globally.” This value-packed presentation included discussion about choosing the supplier, IP protection/export control, low vs. high cost, standardization and training.
In addition, participants gave their input on future program topics and meeting timelines.
